What youll be doing:
The GMG Corporate Communications team at the Peoples Department is seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated Digital Marketing Executive - reporting and working closely to the Content Manager - with a strong focus on community growth and digital campaign execution across social media website/SEO and paid media. This is a performance-driven role where success is measured by the quality and volume of leads generated. The ideal candidate is a strategic and analytical thinker with a hands-on approach to land support in campaign management and the ability to work both collaboratively and independently across multiple digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation Website Management and Optimization
Developing engaging content (blog posts website copy social media updates etc.) and ensuring its optimized for search engines and user experience.
Support with website content execution and optimization to enhance user experience and performance.
Collaborate with the SEO team to develop and manage blog content that enhances organic traffic and engagement.
Work together with external parties such as digital agency to support with content angles and execution Google Ads and others.
Offline Marketing & Stakeholder Outreach
Establish and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and refine marketing strategies.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Track and analyze lead performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness.
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for optimizing marketing strategies and brand positioning.
Collaboration & Strategy Development
Work closely with the Content Manager to develop and refine digital marketing strategies.
Collaborate with the Graphic Designer and Senior Videographer & Photographer to produce engaging digital content.
Technical/Functional Competencies:
Technical Expertise:
Proficiency in Google Ads Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads) and LinkedIn Ads.
Understanding of SEO lead conversion strategies and digital analytics tools.
Experience in audience targeting A/B testing and performance optimization.
Marketing & Communication Skills:
Strong content creation abilities for lead generation campaigns.
Analytical mindset with the ability to assess and improve lead quality.
Excellent communication skills for managing relationships with partners and agencies.
Educational Qualification:
Graduate Degree in Marketing
Experience:
Total 6 years of experience with minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing including social media website management SEO and SEM.
Previous experience on either Client or Agency side.
Experience in working and managing external agency and cross-collaborating with various business functions.
