The opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Distribution Automation Sales Leader to join our team. In this role Responsible for the planning and execution of the sales strategy for the Distribution Automation Product Group. Allowing for the achievement of qualitative and quantitative targets for system offerings to drive profitable growth. Proactively leads develops and coaches the sales organization including the presales teams dedicated to DA. Interacting with the various internal and external stakeholders. Ensuring a comprehensive offering in line with the given strategy and processes (Gate and Where to Play instruction) while exceeding sales targets through high quality and providing customer satisfaction.
The DA Sales Leader manages experienced professionals who exercise latitude and independence in assignments.
How youll make an impact
- Developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy for Distribution Automation products solutions and services.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in utility industrial and infrastructure markets.
- Meeting or exceeding annual sales targets and KPIs.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders including utility executives engineers and procurement teams.
- Conducting customer presentations product demonstrations and technical discussions.
- Analyzing market trends customer needs and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborating with marketing and product teams to tailor offerings to market demands.
- Leading cross-functional teams include technical support marketing and product management to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Mentoring and supporting junior sales staff or regional account managers.
- Leading the team responsible for the preparation of proposals bids and contract negotiations.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Your background
- Bachelors degree in electrical engineering Business or related field (masters preferred).
- 10 years of experience in sales leadership or business development in the power distribution or automation industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing complex sales cycles.
- Strong understanding of distribution automation technologies and utility operations.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel as required (up to 50%).
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English is required.
