I - Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Support
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes
Provide initial assessment of candidates particularly in regards to culture.
Coordinate with the Hiring Manager candidate and wider team to ensure a smooth recruitment cycle for all those involved.
Support onboarding processes to deliver a welcoming and memorable new hire journey
II - Employee Engagement & Wellbeing (People)
Foster a positive and productive work culture environment.
Collaborate with other departments to facilitate effective communication and support HR initiatives across the organization.
Ensure that team members are motivated satisfied and productive through continuous effort to keep and improve team engagement activities (managing social calls team lunches etc).
Handle administrative tasks including but not limited to visa applications employment contracts and maintaining HR databases.
III - Office Management (Place)
Effectively manage the day-to-day operations of Dubai office to ensure a clean well-stocked and energizing workspace
Liaise with vendors and service providers to maintain smooth facilities management
IV - Executive Support
Provide proactive administrative support to the CEO and provide ad hoc support to the Leadership Team
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a hybrid People/HR Operations and Office Management role
Exceptional communication and people skills with a knack for building trust and rapport across all levels
Confident in leveraging AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT AI automation platforms) to improve speed quality and efficiency of work
Strong organizational skills detail-oriented efficient and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion integrity and professionalism
A proactive resourceful mindset with the ability to work independently and thrive in fast-paced environments
Familiarity with fast-pacedand dynamic startup or tech environments is a strong plus especially where agility and creativity are valued
Loves achallengingcollaborative environment
Comfortableacceptingand implementingcandidfeedbackat all levels of the company
Humble enoughnot to pull ranksadmitpersonal mistakes andask for helpwhen needed
