MS Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint)
Experience with recruitment platforms (e.g. Naukri LinkedIn ATS)
Basic knowledge of data entry and reporting tools
Document management systems for filing (physical & electronic)
SOFT SKILLS:
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational and time management skills
Effective communication (verbal and written)
Ability to handle confidential information discreetly
Collaborative attitude and willingness to learn
Problem-solving and service-oriented mindset
