The Role
As a senior-level business development leader with a focus on MENA and selectively across Europe the Senior Vice President position will focus on business development and foster collaboration with key JLL team members including Africa Tourism Head based remotely and the JLL Saudi office. The role will be integral to driving growth in the region.
The position will focus on market research attending trade shows and engaging in one-on-one appointments where the focus will be on elevating awareness of JLLs tourism practice among key decision-makers in Saudi Arabia and across EMEA. This is a critical role in highlighting the global tourism practice and showcasing its value to a broader audience.
They will interface seamlessly with various stakeholders including the offices in Saudi Arabia and Africa ensuring that all parties are aligned and working towards common objectives.
This position will play a critical role in our transition towards being recognized as a global tourism advisory leader and is essential in building relationships and eminence across the region whilst ensuring outstanding delivery quality. This roles primary reporting line is to the Practice Lead Global Tourism Advisory and Destination Development based in the US with matrix reporting to the Country Lead MENA and the Hotels and Hospitality Lead MENA.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building a tourism advisory business and a deep understanding of the MENA market. They will have excellent client relationships across the region and a proven track record of revenue acquisition and share of wallet growth with strategic clients. Strong leadership strategic thinking and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.
