We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Senior HR Specialist to support and manage core HR functions related to our IT business including outsourced operations. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in HR operations particularly in high-volume blue-collar environments such as IT construction logistics or industrial services. This role is essential in ensuring compliance employee support and timely coordination with internal teams and external teams.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as the HR focal point for manpower deployed across multiple project sites.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes ensuring all documentation medical EID and visa steps are completed in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases in line with company and legal requirements.
- Coordinate visa processing renewals and cancellations with internal PROs and government portals (e.g. MOHRE GDRFA).
- Support payroll processing by ensuring attendance leave and absence records are accurately maintained.
- Prepare HR reports and manpower summaries for management and client updates.
- Assist with employee relations issues grievances and welfare initiatives on-site and at the accommodation level.
- Ensure adherence to UAE labor laws and internal policies at all stages of the employee lifecycle.
- Support audits inspections and compliance checks by clients and regulatory bodies.
- Collaborate closely with operations recruitment and site teams to forecast and fulfill manpower requirements.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in human resources Business Administration or a related field. HR certification (e.g. CIPD SHRM) is a plus.
- 68 years of experience in a similar HR role preferably within the IT construction manpower outsourcing or industrial services sector.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor law visa processes and high-volume HR practices.
- Experience with HR systems employee records and government portals.
- Excellent organizational communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask meet deadlines and handle confidential matters professionally.
- Proficiency in English (Hindi or Arabic is a plus).
