Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project activities resources equipment and information across cross-functional teams.
  • Assist in the preparation and updating of project schedules timelines and deliverables.
  • Utilize CAD software (AutoCAD or similar) to produce and modify technical drawings in support of engineering teams.
  • Maintain and organize project documentation including drawings work packs submittals and reports.
  • Ensure project standards templates procedures and communication methods are followed.
  • Prepare and distribute internal and external communication (e.g. memos progress reports meeting minutes).
  • Assist in the development of task-specific work packs including quotation Obtaining NOCs etc.
  • Track and manage project changes issues and action items updating documentation accordingly.
  • Support project managers in monitoring budget and project performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with engineers to verify project requirements and resolve technical issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering Project Management or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role preferably in an engineering or industrial environment.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar CAD software is essential.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook).
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Understanding of health and safety practices in engineering projects.
