Carpenter

We are seeking a skilled and detailoriented Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a Carpenter you will play a crucial role in various construction projects throughout the city ensuring highquality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.

• Perform a wide range of carpentry work including framing finishing and custom woodworking
• Interpret blueprints technical drawings and specifications to execute carpentry projects efficiently
• Measure cut shape and install wood and other materials with precision
• Construct and install structures such as door frames windows staircases and partitions
• Collaborate with other trades and team members to ensure project timelines are met
• Maintain a clean and organized work area ensuring proper use and care of tools and equipment
• Adhere to safety regulations and best practices on the job site
• Identify and resolve carpentryrelated issues promptly and effectively
• Assist in material estimation and inventory management
• Mentor and support junior carpenters in developing their skills
• Adapt to changing project requirements and work on multiple tasks simultaneously
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and clients regarding project progress and any concerns

Qualifications :

• 35 years of experience as a carpenter in the construction industry
• Advanced carpentry skills and proficiency in various woodworking techniques
• Extensive knowledge of carpentry tools equipment and materials
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints technical drawings and specifications
• Excellent problemsolving abilities and meticulous attention to detail
• Strong understanding of different types of wood and their properties
• Thorough knowledge of construction industry standards building codes and regulations
• Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions
• Effective communication skills in English both verbal and written
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or apprenticeship in carpentry preferred
• Relevant safety certifications (e.g. OSHA)
• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to different project sites within Dubai
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Customerfocused approach with a commitment to delivering highquality work
• Valid UAE drivers license preferred
