Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Understand clients' property requirements and guide them through the buying, selling, or leasing process.
- Conduct property viewings and presentations, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate successful sales transactions.
- Stay up-to-date with current market trends, property values, and relevant regulations in the Abu Dhabi real estate market.
- Collaborate effectively with the administrative and marketing teams to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Agent in Abu Dhabi.
- Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle are preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Proficiency in English is essential; Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian, and Spanish language skills are an advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant real estate tools is a plus.
