You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a strategic and resultsdriven Digital Account Director to lead and grow client relationships by delivering exceptional digital marketing solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing highprofile accounts driving digital strategy and leading crossfunctional teams. This role requires a blend of leadership creativity and technical knowledge to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.
Serve as the main point of contact for key clients managing expectations and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Lead the development and execution of integrated digital strategies across channels including SEO SEM social media content display advertising email marketing and web development.
Manage a team of digital account managers executives and creatives to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve results and achieve client KPIs.
Drive account growth by identifying new opportunities upselling services and expanding the agencys scope.
Collaborate with creative media and technology teams to ensure strategic alignment and flawless delivery.
Prepare and present strategic proposals campaign performance reports and quarterly business reviews to clients.
Stay current with digital marketing trends platforms and technologies ensuring innovative solutions are proposed and implemented.
Develop annual plans and forecasts in collaboration with finance and senior leadership.
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or related field (Masters preferred).
7 years of experience in digital marketing including at least 3 years in an account director or senior clientfacing role.
Proven experience managing digital campaigns and large client portfolios.
Strong understanding of digital channels (PPC SEO social programmatic web analytics).
Exceptional client service communication and presentation skills.
Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
Leadership experience with the ability to inspire mentor and grow a team.
Datadriven mindset with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics SEMrush Facebook Ads Manager etc.
Experience in an agency environment.
Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools.
Google Ads and Meta Certifications are a plus.
