Job Description
Position: Crane Operator Company Overview: Star Services LLC is a leading provider of integrated engineering procurement construction and project management services in the oil and gas industry. Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Crane Operator to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating various types of cranes in the oil and gas industry. As a Crane Operator you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating cranes to lift move and position heavy equipment materials and machinery on our project sites. Key Responsibilities: Operate various types of cranes including mobile tower and overhead cranes to lift and move heavy equipment and materials on project sites Perform preoperational checks and inspections on cranes to ensure they are in safe working condition Read and interpret load charts and rigging plans to determine crane capacities and rigging requirements Communicate with other team members and supervisors to ensure safe and efficient crane operations Perform routine maintenance and repairs on cranes as needed Comply with all safety regulations and procedures to ensure a safe work environment for yourself and others Keep accurate records of crane operations maintenance and inspections Train and mentor new crane operators as needed Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 3 years of experience operating cranes in the oil and gas industry Valid crane operator certification and license Knowledge of different types of cranes and their capabilities Ability to read and interpret load charts and rigging plans Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures Physical ability to operate cranes and lift heavy objects Excellent communication and teamwork skills Willingness to work in a fastpaced and physically demanding environment Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends as needed We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for professional growth and development Collaborative and supportive work environment Stateoftheart equipment and facilities Chance to work on exciting and challenging projects in the oil and gas industry If you are a skilled and safetyconscious Crane Operator looking for a new opportunity in the oil and gas industry we encourage you to apply for this position.
