Job Description
We are seeking a detailoriented and analytical Land Surveyor Infra/Road to join our team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our infrastructure and road development projects you will be responsible for conducting precise land surveys analyzing data and providing crucial information for project planning and execution.
- Perform field surveys for infrastructure and road projects using advanced surveying equipment and techniques
- Collect process and analyze survey data to create accurate maps plans and reports
- Establish survey control points and benchmarks for project sites
- Conduct topographic boundary and construction surveys as required
- Prepare detailed survey reports including calculations and drawings
- Collaborate with project managers engineers and other stakeholders to ensure survey data meets project requirements
- Maintain accurate records of all survey activities and findings
- Ensure compliance with local and international surveying standards and regulations
- Calibrate and maintain surveying equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Mentor and guide junior surveyors and field technicians
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Surveying Geomatics or a related field
- Professional license or certification in land surveying (e.g. Professional Land Surveyor PLS)
- Minimum 10 years of experience in land surveying preferably in infrastructure and road projects
- Proficiency in surveying equipment and software including GPS Total Station AutoCAD and Civil 3D
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to read and interpret maps and blueprints accurately
- Proficient in data collection analysis and report preparation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of local and international surveying standards and regulations
- Familiarity with construction processes and project management
- Physical ability to work in various outdoor environments and weather conditions
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required
