You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe re looking for a skilled Pastry CDP to manage a designated section within the pastry kitchen. You ll be responsible for producing highquality desserts assisting in recipe execution and ensuring consistent presentation and taste.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and present pastries baked goods and desserts in line with recipes and standards.
Maintain mise en place and assist with daily pastry production.
Work closely with the Senior CDP and Sous Chef to meet service timelines.
Ensure compliance with hygiene safety and HACCP standards.
Support junior team members and maintain a clean organized station.
Assist in testing and developing new items when required.
Minimum 2 3 years of experience in a professional pastry kitchen.
Diploma/ Bachelors Degree in Pastry Arts Hospitality or a related field.
HACCP Certified strong understanding of food safety and sanitation.
Skilled in various pastry techniques including doughs fillings and decoration.
Detailoriented organized and able to work under pressure.
A team player with a positive attitude and a love for pastry.
