Position Overview:
Drive central process management and design/manage comprehensive MIS dashboards for performance tracking.
Serve as the primary liaison with banks borrowers and ecosystem partners managing documentation query resolution agreements and status updates.
Oversee program management for Yubi Loans internal processes ensuring smooth operation and continuous improvement.
Handle invoice processing and ensure timely payments to Yubi maintaining accuracy and efficiency in financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Central Processes & MIS Reporting:
Develop maintain and manage all dashboards and reports for central process tracking and performance measurement.
Analyses data trends to communicate insights and aid in managerial decision making and ensure accuracy and timeliness of reports.
Stakeholder Liaison:
Coordinate with internal team connectors banks customers and partners on documentation query handling agreements and status updates.
Ensure prompt and effective resolution of issues raised by internal or external stakeholders.
Program Management:
Lead the management and continuous improvement of Yubi Loans internal processes through structured programs and best practices.
Invoice & Payment Handling:
Process invoices accurately and monitor payment schedules to ensure invoices are realised on time.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor s degree in Business Finance Operations or a related field.
Proven experience in process management MIS reporting using Excel Google Sheets and stakeholder coordination.
Strong analytical skills with aptitude for interpreting dashboards and reports.
Excellent communication documentation and problemsolving abilities.
Familiarity with invoice processing and financial operations preferred.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fastpaced environment.
Full Time
