Develop and implement a comprehensive brand marketing strategy that aligns with the companys overall goals and objectives
Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals to execute marketing initiatives and campaigns
Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences and develop effective marketing strategies to reach them
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
Oversee the creation of all marketing materials including digital and print assets social media content and advertising campaigns
Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics and make datadriven decisions to continuously improve and optimize campaigns
Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices and make recommendations for new marketing initiatives
Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to achieve maximum ROI
Foster relationships with media outlets influencers and other partners to increase brand visibility and reach
Act as a brand ambassador and represent the company at industry events and conferences.
Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing Communications or a related field
8 years of experience in brand marketing with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand marketing strategies
Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior in the UAE and the wider region
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Experience managing marketing budgets and allocating resources effectively
Strong analytical skills and ability to make datadriven decisions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
