Description

Apt Resources is seeking a dynamic and detailoriented Portuguese Speaking Purchasing Coordinator to join a leading foodstuff trading company. In this role you will be responsible for managing procurement processes sourcing highquality food products and fostering strong relationships with suppliers. Your ability to communicate effectively in Spanish will be vital in negotiating terms and ensuring smooth operations with international partners.

As a Purchasing Coordinator you will work closely with the procurement team to achieve costeffective buying solutions and maintain excellent inventory levels. If you are passionate about the food industry and possess strong organizational skills we would love to have you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the procurement process from identification of suppliers to order placement
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms in both Spanish and English
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate product deliveries
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers in Spanishspeaking regions
  • Stay informed about market trends to leverage purchasing opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align procurement with operational needs


Requirements

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Portuguese and English both written and verbal
  • Experience in purchasing or procurement within the foodstuff trading industry
  • Bachelors degree in Business Supply Chain Management or a related field
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with procurement software
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical skills for evaluating supplier performance and market conditions
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to a fastpaced work environment


Benefits

Salary is AED 10.000 to AED 12000
