Head of PMO Strategic Leadership in Abu Dhabi

We are now looking for an experienced leader to spearhead our Project Management Office in Abu Dhabi.

Your Role

As the Head of PMO you will:

• Lead and Innovate: Oversee and guide the PMO function to drive the successful execution of projects from initial concept through design development and industrialization.

• Strategic Oversight: Work closely with line and product managers to align projects with functional economic time and quality objectives.

• Operational Excellence: Manage development delivery and support contracts and oversee bid management processes for future contracts.

• Portfolio Execution: Ensure that projects are executed in full compliance with contract terms across the portfolio maintaining high standards of quality timeliness and operational integrity.

• Team Leadership & Line Management: Build mentor and act as a line manager for a dynamic team of multicultural project managers.

• Change Champion: Implement innovative strategies to overcome challenges and propel the company towards sustained growth and operational excellence.
  

Your Profile

We are looking for an accomplished leader with:

• Proven PMO and Project Management Expertise: Demonstrable experience in project/program management bid management contract execution and business operations preferably in a hightech or defense industry setting.

• Product Development Insight: Background in product development or managing delivery and/or support contracts ideally within a technologically advanced environment.

• Academic and Professional Excellence: A relevant MSc or equivalent experience in a related field.

• Leadership Acumen: A track record of people management and the ability to inspire and lead a diverse multicultural team.

• Strong Communication Skills: Fluent in English both oral and written with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

• Innovative and ResultsDriven: A proactive goaloriented approach with a high level of integrity and selfawareness.

• Bonus: Knowledge of radar development is highly meritorious.

This position requires that youwill be approvedin a security vetting in accordanceto ISO:27001
