Job Description

Media Buying & Strategy:
Develop and implement comprehensive media buying strategies tailored to promote real estate properties and services across key digital channels.
Analyze and optimize media buying performance to maximize the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.

Campaign Management:
Launch monitor and manage advertising campaigns on digital platforms including social media (Facebook Instagram LinkedIn) Google Ads and real estate portals.
Continuously analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies to ensure maximum return on investment (ROI).

Collaboration & Content Creation:
Work closely with the marketing team to create and develop engaging and compelling ad content ensuring it resonates with the target audience and drives quality leads.

Market Insights & Trend Monitoring:
Stay uptodate with industry trends competitor activity and emerging digital platforms to identify new opportunities for advertising placements and improve campaign strategies.

Vendor Relations & Negotiations:
Build and maintain strong relationships with media vendors and negotiate pricing and contracts to ensure costeffective media buying strategies are implemented.
Ensure that all media placements are onbrand and within budget.

Reporting & Analysis:
Provide regular reports on media campaign performance analyzing metrics and suggesting improvements based on datadriven insights.
Track the performance of different media channels and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
