Guest Room Cleaning & Maintenance:
- Clean and service guest rooms daily according to hotel standards.
- Make beds change linens and replace towels and amenities.
- Dust vacuum mop and sanitize surfaces to maintain cleanliness.
- Inspect and report any maintenance issues or damages.
Public Areas & BackofHouse:
- Ensure lobbies hallways and public areas are clean and wellmaintained.
- Clean elevators corridors and guest lounges regularly.
- Maintain housekeeping carts and storage areas in an organized manner.
Guest Service & Interaction:
- Respond promptly to guest requests such as extra towels or amenities.
- Handle guest belongings with care and ensure lost items are reported.
- Respect guest privacy and adhere to the hotels confidentiality policies.
Laundry & Supply Management:
- Ensure fresh linens towels and amenities are available at all times.
- Report shortages of supplies to the supervisor for timely replenishment.
Safety & Hygiene Compliance:
- Follow health hygiene and safety regulations at all times.
- Use cleaning chemicals and equipment responsibly.
- Follow hotel policies regarding lost and found items.
Qualifications :
- Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality
- Minimum 1 year of experience in housekeeping (hospitality industry)
- Currently based in the UAE
- Willing to relocate to Ras Al Khaimah if from another Emirates
- Preferably can join immediately
