Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate the team to ensure exceptional customer service and efficient handling of reservation inquiries.
Oversee the daytoday operations of the reservations department including managing room availability rates and special requests.
Conduct training sessions for reservation agents to enhance their skills and ensure a high standard of service delivery.
Interact with guests to assist with reservation inquiries provide information about the hotels offerings and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
Work closely with other departments such as Front Office and Sales to optimise room inventory maximise revenue and enhance the overall guest experience.
Generate and analyse reservation reports to identify trends monitor performance and implement strategies for improvement.
Qualifications :
Technical knowledge of hotel booking systems including Opera.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A high standard of personal presentation with confident professional and welcoming personality.
Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
