Job Description
What you will do
- Collaborate with English Content Writers Visual Merchandizing Team Marketing & Design Teams to plan and develop marketing Arabic content
- Write translate & maintain Arabic content that speaks to various clientspecific personas and market segments; creating a userfriendly experience for the reader.
- Translate more general (sitewide) customer information such as FAQs Product Descriptions About Us Terms of Use Privacy Policy Help Pages Projects Articles Newsletters etc).
- Translatewords /2030 SKUs a day (in case of products translation only).
- Optimize content according to SEO best practices in collaboration with SEO specialist for Arabic website.
- Perform quality checks at various stages of process to ensure quality and accuracy (proofreading final eye)
- Translate and/or Quality assure translated material from English source languages into Arabic target languages ensuring that the translated version conveys the meaning of the original as clearly as possible.
- Deliver weekly reports & update translation trackers on a weekly basis
- Social Media Content creation: Create highquality bilingual engaging content (text images and videos) across various social media platforms (e.g. Facebook Instagram) with designer and videographer. You will actively help manage our social media to ensure that all our content is produced and published in line with our business objectives and timelines.
- Community Management: Monitor and respond to social media mentions comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Social Media Reporting: Track and analyze key metrics (e.g. reach engagement) to measure organic social media performance and identify areas for improvement. Research and implement new social media strategies and best practices.
Desired Candidate Profile
Required skills to be successful
- Excellent writing skills in Arabic and good English writing skills.
- Hands on experience with MS Office tools
- Fair understanding of social media platforms especially Tik Tok Instagram Facebook You Tube
- Website and social media savvy and multitasking abilities.
