DescriptionApt Resources is seeking an Arabicspeaking Personal Assistant to support the Company Director in a fastpaced business environment. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills excellent communication abilities and a proactive approach to tasks. You will be responsible for providing highlevel administrative support coordinating schedules and managing correspondence ensuring that the Director can focus on strategic initiatives without distraction.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the Directors schedule including meetings appointments and travel arrangements.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications both in Arabic and English.
- Prepare and edit documents reports and presentations for the Director.
- Coordinate meetings and events taking minutes and following up on action items.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Organize files records and databases to ensure efficient access to important information.
- Assist in project coordination and management as directed by the Director.
- Perform general administrative tasks as needed to support smooth office operations.
Requirements - Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role preferably supporting upper management.
- Fluency in Arabic and English both verbal and written.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Must be based in UAE and available for immediate start.
