We are looking for Customer & Operations Analyst who will play a key role in our Customer Service and Order to Deliver processes to ensure customer satisfaction.

The Customer & Operations Analyst will be responsible for the ordertodeliver process acting as an integral link between multiple functions and the customer and implementing a customer centric approach to the operations ensuring the best possible customer support and service level to internal and external partners.

Crucial duties and responsibilities:

Customer Service Activities

  • Act as primary contact to customers Middle East distributors and governmental hospitals and entities.

  • Maintain constant communication with customers regarding open orders and shipments. Share order portfolio weekly with the status of each order. Receive green light for shipments and advance any potential customer issue.

  • Responsible for order processing and ordertodeliver process. Follow up order from reception to delivery.

  • Receive customer claims investigate and solve any potential issue.

  • Work with the customer logistics & warehouse to ensure timely delivery taking into account local requirements.

  • Handle Letter of Credit from receiving till documents sent to the bank including collecting all necessary documents and get them legalized by the Destination Country Embassy.

  • Check all orders related data (codes prices order status reports etc..

  • Maintain customerrelated data in the appropriate systems.

  • Complete the weekly Operational Report with indication reasons for the BO and Get Well Dates.

  • Complete the Monthly Order Fulfillment Report and identify areas for improvements.

Operations

  • Work closely with Logistics team to ensure shipping process including sharing Shipping Instructions freight forwarding coordination inspection coordination and documentation.

  • Coordinate order processing from receipt to delivery with various collaborators such as Product Planner Finance and Logistic teams.

  • Ensure delivery on time by following closely products productions with dedicated planners. Inform about risk transfer and revenue recognition potential according to the Incoterm of each individual order.

Support Activitie

  • Support daily customer service processes (control of consignment backorders low cover).

  • Support Product Conversions: Ensure new forecasting & order management processes in place as conversions take place and monitor plan locally.

  • Full participation and support of Supply Chain Planning projects.

  • Followup releases and labeling priorities with QC.

  • Maintain country profile / SLA for the country.

Education/Experience

  • B.A. or B.S. degree in business logistics or another technical field.

  • APICS certification or similar is an advantage.

  • Minimum 2 years Supply Chain or Customer Service experience.

Technical skills

  • Advanced Excel and Office package overall.

  • ERP knowledge such as JDE would be a plus.

  • Knowledge of international trade documentation (invoice packing list COO etc. and usage of Incoterms.

  • Understanding of basic supply chain concepts such as On Time In Full Fcst Accuracy and Inventory Turn Over.
