Learning & Development Coordinator
Under the guidance of the Human Resources Director & Learning and Development Executive you are to assist with the assessment and implementation of training plans. Handle all matters relating to L&D activities for the hosts and the maintenance of the highest possible performance standards within The St. Regis Abu Dhabi. You are responsible to provide a full range of employee relations support in order to ensure the smooth operation of the Human Resources Department. Contribute to the desired work culture around the four core values of the company.
