Job Description
Front Desk Management:
o Greet and welcome visitors clients and staff with a professional and friendly demeanour.
o Direct visitors to the appropriate personnel or department.
o Answer screen and redirect incoming calls promptly and professionally.
o Handle client and guest inquiries effectively ensuring a positive experience.
o managing client appointments property viewings and propertyrelated inquiries.
o Coordinate and maintain the office calendar for DHLE meetings.
o Maintain an organized and tidy reception area.
o Assist with scheduling meetings booking conference rooms and arranging necessary logistics for real estate appointments.
o Handle general administrative duties such as filing documentation and maintaining office records.
o Support client queries ensuring they are addressed promptly and efficiently.
o Assist with adhoc administrative tasks as requested by management or the real estate team.
o Contribute to ensuring smooth daily operations within the office environment

Qualification
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelors degree in Administration preferred

Experience
Minimum 23 years of experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role with a preference for experience in the real estate industry.
Familiarity with real estate terminology procedures and client management

Other Requirement
(eg: UAE Driving License)
Full-Time
