DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Director Digital Transformation & Education Solutions to join our team. This role is focused on driving business growth client relationships and digital transformation initiatives within the education sector across the MENA region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in EdTech digital transformation and consultative sales with a proven ability to generate new business and expand existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with education practice team and geo sales to identify appropriate prospects set appointments make effective qualifying sales calls and manage sales cycle to close new business in education sector
- Work closely with existing educational clients in the region to ensure account growth
- Account growth dimension: Responsible for relationship building and establishing Nagarro as a trusted partner by working closely with the customer
- Acts as the escalation point for onsite resources when issues arise with resources and manages any dispute or conflict
- Prepare professional complete concise and accurate reports proposals decks and other documentation as required for executivelevel presentations
- Seek references/testimonials from customer Delivery excellence dimension Captures customers vision and ensures the delivery meets the expectation.
Requirements - 1216 years of experience in EdTech sales business development or account management.
- Proven track record of closing deals and driving revenue growth in the education space.
- Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle escalations manage conflicts and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience working in the MENA region is a plus.
