Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (Manatal).
Conduct reference checks and background verification as needed.
Provide a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely updates.
Stay updated on employment of UAE laws and best practices in recruitment.
Coordinate and manage UAE visa processing and onboarding documentation for new hires:
Collect and verify the required documents.
Liaise with government relations officer for employment visa application medical Emirates ID and labor contract issuance.
Track and follow up on the progress of visa applications to ensure timely joining.
Maintain recruitment and visa processing reports for internal tracking and audits.
Requirements:
A minimum of a Bachelors degree in any discipline.
Handson experience with UAE visa processing procedures is required.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor and immigration laws.
At least 3 years of work experience.
Preferably experienced in recruitment and talent acquisition within the General & Administration Department/Nontech roles.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
Handson approach with a vibrant and highly positive attitude.
Strong team player with excellent attention to detail.
Demonstrates emotional intelligence and assertiveness.
