Looking to hire DHA Licensed Female General Practitioner who are proficient in both Arabic and English.Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced General Practitioner with a valid Dubai Health Authority (DHA) license to join our team for school clinics in Dubai. The General Practitioner will be responsible for providing primary healthcare services to students conducting medical assessments managing acute and chronic conditions and promoting health education and preventive care within the school community.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary healthcare services to students faculty and staff in school clinics addressing a wide range of medical concerns and conditions.
- Conduct medical assessments including physical examinations health screenings and diagnostic tests to evaluate patient health status and formulate appropriate treatment plans.
- Diagnose and treat acute illnesses injuries and infections and manage chronic health conditions ensuring continuity of care and adherence to evidencebased medical guidelines.
- Administer vaccinations medications and preventive treatments as recommended by public health authorities and school health policies.
- Educate students parents and school staff about health promotion disease prevention nutrition and hygiene practices fostering a culture of wellness and safety.
- Collaborate with school administrators nurses counselors and external healthcare providers to coordinate healthcare services referrals and emergency response protocols.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records documentation and reports in compliance with regulatory requirements and privacy standards.
- Participate in school health initiatives wellness programs and community outreach activities to promote health awareness and support student wellbeing.
Qualifications:
- Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized medical school.
- Valid Dubai Health Authority (DHA) license as a General Practitioner.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical/pediatric experience in general practice or primary care settings.
- Strong clinical assessment diagnostic and treatment skills across a broad spectrum of medical conditions.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and counseling skills both in English as well as Arabic with the ability to engage with diverse populations including children adolescents and families.
- Commitment to patientcentered care health promotion and preventive medicine principles.
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems and medical documentation.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment with flexibility and adaptability to meet the unique needs of schoolbased healthcare delivery.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is advantageous.
