Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detailoriented Office Administrator Logistics Officer to handle both administrative and logistics operations in our Dubai office. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office management while coordinating logistics activities including shipments inventory and supplier communications.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Administration:

  • Manage daily office operations and ensure an efficient work environment.

  • Handle correspondence emails phone calls and scheduling meetings.

  • Maintain and update office records databases and filing systems.

  • Oversee office supplies procurement and vendor coordination.

  • Support HR functions including employee records and assisting with recruitment.

  • Assist in preparing reports presentations and official documentation.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.

Logistics Management:

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments ensuring timely deliveries.

  • Manage logistics documentation including invoices customs clearance and transport records.

  • Liaise with freight forwarders suppliers and warehouse staff to optimize supply chain operations.

  • Track inventory levels and ensure stock availability.

  • Monitor and improve logistics processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

  • Ensure compliance with UAE customs regulations and shipping guidelines.



Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum 35 years of experience in office administration and logistics.

  • Skills:

    • Strong knowledge of logistics shipping and supply chain management.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) and logistics software.

    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

    • Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.

    • Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Language: Fluency in English is required (Arabic is a plus).

  • Availability: Willing to work flexible hours as per business needs.
