Location: Jebel Ali Free Zone Dubai
Salary: AED 4000 AED 5000 Other Benefits
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the executives calendar appointments board meetings and conferences.
- Attend meetings take accurate minutes and distribute them as needed.
- Screen and direct phone calls emails and other correspondence.
- Handle and prioritize all outgoing and incoming documents.
- Arrange travel accommodations and itineraries for executives.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Organize and maintain both electronic and paper records.
- Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as required.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience: 2 4 years in an administrative or secretarial role.
Skills:
- Excellent letter drafting and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and timemanagement abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- Professional presentable and wellgroomed appearance.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
