Faszination GmbH is seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a key leader you will be responsible for overseeing and managing engineering projects from conception to completion ensuring they are delivered on time within scope and within budget. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a passion for engineering excellence.
- Lead and manage engineering projects ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations.
- Develop detailed project plans including timelines budgets and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless project .
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet objectives.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders providing regular updates and addressing any issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout project lifecycles.
- Mentor and guide team members fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
We are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in engineering project management. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field; a Masters degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within engineering project management.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
