DescriptionOnTime Group is currently seeking a talented and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a Marketing Coordinator you will play a key role in supporting our marketing efforts and coordinate various marketing activities to promote our brand and services.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and of marketing campaigns and strategies
- Create and manage engaging content for our website blog and social media platforms
- Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing materials such as brochures flyers and promotional items
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify marketing opportunities
- Assist in planning and organizing events including trade shows conferences and webinars
- Support the marketing team in preparing and delivering presentations to clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding
- Maintain marketing databases and CRM systems
- Track and report on key marketing metrics to measure campaign success
Requirements - Prior experience in marketing preferably as a Marketing Coordinator or similar role
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in using MS Office and marketing software/tools
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels and techniques
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detailoriented and strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks
- Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design software is a plus
