System Administrator

Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a leading diversified group of companies in Dubai, UAE.Our client is looking for ISO/IEC 20000 certified System Administrators to maintain and monitor the companys IT systems, including the servers, IT Asset and networks, and providing technical support to the employees. You will be responsible for

- Troubleshoot system and network problems as well as diagnose and solve hardware or software faults per request

- Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements

- Driving process definition, re-engineering, improvement and gap analysis of current/to-be processes during workshops with key sponsors and stakeholders

- Ensuring high-level security and efficiency resulting in 100% output

- Maintaining internal documentation

- Routine system administration including: manage user accounts, manage support group changes (additions, changes, adding/removing members), provide users with access/roles within the system.

- Asset management (Onboard – Off board), New Device Configuration

- Optimize processes and lead process improvement

-Provide technical support and security/maintenance checkups for other branches

- Support employees with technical questions and inquiries

Requirements

- Bachelors in CS/ IT/MIS

-5 to 7 years of experience in IT-related fields

- Must be ISO/IEC 20000 or ITIL 4 Certified

-Experience dealing with YARDI or any property/hospitality management software preferred

- Strong Problem solving and IT skills

- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
