.Net Developer

An exciting new role has come up with a technology company in AbuDhabi. Our client is looking for a .Net Developer.In this role, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Design and build applications
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Collaborate with a team to define, design, and ship new features
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
• Help in maintaining code quality, organization, and automation
  

Requirements

• 3 - 7 years of experience
• SDLC knowledge/experience
• Understanding of Agile methodologies
• Experience using tools such as JIRA
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming
• Familiar with various design and architectural patterns
• Understanding of fundamental design principles for building a scalable application
• Strong OO fundamentals and expertise
• WPF/WCF experience is a must
• Development of REST and WCF services
• Design and development of Windows applications using .NET technology (C#.Net WCF, WPF/XAML)
• Experience on working with Video Players, Video streaming, Video uploading to the server from App will be a plus
• .Net Framework 3.5 and above
• Knowledge on LINQ will be a good plus
• Preferred past experience in Windows application development
• Skill for writing reusable libraries
• Write clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages
• Test and deploy applications and systems
• Strong analytical skills and good communication skills
• Knowledge on database programming SQL server 2005/2008 and above
• Knowledge on writing Stored Procedures/Triggers/Functions in database
• Knowledge on network protocols, multi-threading, Thread synchronization, distributed apps etc.
