Our client, a group of companies, is urgently recruiting for an IT Recruiter to join their team in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will report directly to the HR Director and assist different stakeholders of the business in:
- reviewing job descriptions of the various positions across the organization with the assistance of the hiring team
- posting jobs on various channels and think of other avenues to increase candidate attraction
- assisting the hiring managers in identifying the right candidates for their recruitment needs using various recruitment methodologies
- providing the business with insightful reports to help better understand the position of the company in attracting future talents
- conducting regular salary benchmarking activities
- onboarding selected candidates in the hiring process
- identifying key positions and talents in the business and creating strategy to ensure business continuity
- reviewing performance review results on an annual basis and proactively assess future recruitment needs of the busienss
Requirements
To be considered for this role, the successful candidate must meet the following criteria:
- with a diploma or bachelor degree, having a HR qualificationwould be a plus
- strong command of English / knowledge in another language would be a plus
- must have a minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, of which 2 years in IT/technology/cybersecurity
- have experience in recruiting other non IT positions
- willing to be based in Abu Dhabi
- willing to work independently
- CAN JOIN IMMEDIATELY or have a shorter notice period than one month
