• Perform office administrative duties for the Divisional Management.
• Coordinating with other divisions of Kanoo Group specially HR, PR, Legal, Purchase, Property, IT, Group Accounts and Kanoo Group Management.
• Prepare reports as required by the management.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans to ensure the scope and approach is understood and aligned by all stakeholders.
• Coordinating with team to get optimal results for offline and online set up by using MIS.
• Monitor the progress of project delivery and ensure timely and effective communication of project status, schedule, cost and assessment of risks/issues.
• Training for Business Leaders to ensure projects are implemented and functions smoothly in all departments.
• Prepare process decks and teasers for awareness and ready reference for the users.
• Conduct needs analysis training sessions for user groups based on training needs and learning strategies.
• Preparing weekly/monthly dashboards for the ongoing projects.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree from any reputed university, Diploma in Office & Project Management.
• Excellent Communication Skills
• 5 years of experience in travel industry
• Project Management skills
• Clients' relations experience
