Job Description
- Hospital pharmacists areresponsible for monitoring the supply of all medicines used in the hospitaland are in charge of purchasing, manufacturing, dispensing and quality testing their medication stock along with help from pharmacy assistants and pharmacy technicians.
- Pharmacistsdispense prescription medications to patients and offer expertise in the safe use of prescriptions.
- They also may conduct health and wellness screenings, provide immunizations, oversee the medications given to patients, and provide advice on healthy lifestyles.
