Consultant -Sales

o Greet and direct customers
o Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
o Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
o Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
o Cross-sell products
o Ensure racks are fully stocked
o Manage returns of merchandise
o Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
o Inform customers about discounts and special offers
Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
Stay up-to-date with new products/services

Requirements

o Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role
o Understanding of the retail sales process
o Familiarity with consumer behavior principles
o Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
Basic math skills
o Track record of achieving sales quotas
o Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
o Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
o Flexibility to work various shifts
o High school degree
o BSc in Marketing or related field is a plus
