Source, evaluate and streamline top talent
• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
• Determine selection criteria and source potential candidates through various channels
• Evaluating applications and screening candidates
• Monitor the industry, identify and recommend HR management best practices to implement
• Oversee and manage performance system that drives performance
• Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
• Ensuring proper onboarding for new hires and the necessary paperwork is completed promptly with accuracy
• Actively work towards building a diverse and qualified team to support the company
• Creation and maintenance of talent pools.
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
• Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
• Performing reference and background checks
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
• Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based).
• Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, personal interview, reference check)
• Should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals
• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, and other channels
Requirements:
• Minimum 2-3+ year experience of recruitment in a recruiting agency or an in-house role
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Basic knowledge of UAE labor law
• Ability to communicate professionally
• Bachelors / master’s degree in human resources or Management would be preferred
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent active listening, time management and negotiation skills
