We have an opportunity for a Project Engineer I for our Performance Materials and Technologies Team in Egypt.
In this role, you will be part of a team assessing and driving the achievement of program specific performance within Honeywell Process Solutions in Egypt.
You will partner with world class engineers and leaders to develop program costs, schedules, and milestones, define technology roadmaps, and drive improvements in engineering quality and productivity.

Project Engineer I Responsibilities

Ensure that required prerequisites (e.g., design inputs, tools, and documentation) are in place prior to commencing work.
Produce part(s) of total functional design specifications under supervision and produce technical design specifications under supervision.
Execute implementation work assignments to appropriate standards and quality systems.
Execute test work assignments to appropriate standards and quality systems.
Execute documentation work assignments to appropriate standards and quality systems.
Pro-actively build cross discipline experience and increase knowledge through working with other engineers.

Qualifications & Experience

BSC Engineering ideally within Instrumentation, Electronics, Communications or Automatic Control
Domain skills in Refining, Oil and Gas, Chemical Industry or Power.
Ability to interpret customer specifications to develop SAMA drawings for closed loop controls and Boolean logic for Open loop.
Ability to interact with customer operations group to develop face plates and operations graphics
Working knowledge of how DCS interfaces with field instruments and control valves and switch gear.
Ability to communicate effectively and can contribute to the successful completion of projects involving 20,000 hours of work.
