Where Do You Fit In?
We are currently seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our team in the role of Airports Airside Subject Matter Expert Airports & ATM Systems to be based in Dubai, UAE. In this role you will be the Technical Sales Leader and Subject Matter Expert for Airside Solutions of Airports and ATM Systems which includes
Supporting SDC team by participating in proposal activities including solution design, risk/opportunity assessment, costing and scheduling.
Support ISC in recruitment, development and mentoring of the delivery partners ensuring suitable team size and skills necessary to address the market opportunities;
Coordinate, with the various Product Managers and Development Teams, the preparation and delivery of value-generating solutions for regional customers
Develop a sound understanding of the platform and maintain current, specific knowledge of application domains like ATM and UTM. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies like FAA, EuroControl, EuroCAE, CANSO, SESAR, NEXGEN, GUTMA etc.
What Skills and Experience Will You Have?
Minimum 10-12 years with Strong Software & Systems Engineering Technical education background and working in the Airport Airside domain and understanding of Airfield or ATC Tower operations

Solid track record and solution design experience in ATM solutions is must, especially Software Engineering, Safety Engineering, Cyber Security, Cloud etc.
Strong presentation and communication skills to manage multi levels of internal stakeholders and influence the teams.
Experience in operate in a true multi-cultural and international organization, collaborating with culturally diverse customers/partners.
Knowledge of international language will be a plus.
