Job Description

ITP Media Group reaches an audience of more than 104.6 million people across the Middle East and beyond through its leading websites, portals, social media platforms, events, conferences, award ceremonies, magazines, books and social media influencers agency.

One of the largest media companies in the Middle East, ITP Media Group are looking for a Head of Sales to head up its new launch – the internationally recognized brand Top Gear. The company reaches an audience of more than 42million people across the region and beyond through its leading websites, portals, social media platforms, events, conferences, award ceremonies, magazines, books and social media influencer agency.

ITP Media Group’s luxury portfolio includes major international and regional brands such as Time Out, Arabian Business, Harper’s Bazaar Arabia, Esquire Middle East, Grazia Middle East, Cosmopolitan Middle East, The Rake & Revolution, Condé Nast Traveler and GQ Middle East.

The Role:

The Head of Sales will be responsible for selling multimedia solutions across all Top Gear Middle East’s platforms with a focus on digital advertising, data analysis, video content creation, sponsorship and innovative creative solutions.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is bi-lingual (Arabic / English), an entrepreneurial, proactive sales person with 3+ years international or GCC Media sales experience with contacts across the automotive and luxury marketplace inclusive of advertising agencies.

Strong experience in selling across digital display, video production, social media, events and print platforms is required, as is the proven ability to commercialize a continually growing digital & social media platform driving growth through new audience & revenue channels.

The right candidate will display an excellent understanding of media sales and the media market place, but not be defined by it, and most definitely be able to think outside its traditional parameters and sell creatively as well as across platforms.

Strong negotiation and closing skills as well as the ability to work well under pressure and maintain efficiency and accuracy are key attributes.

Additionally, the right candidate will have experience in;

  • GCC media sales
  • Selling digital solutions, social influencer channels, video, product placement, awards & events.
  • Analytic digital sales
  • Creative content solutions.
  • Brand and product extension & development

We are looking for someone dynamic who likes to work in a multicultural environment, is driven, accountable, and socially smart, highly organized, a team player who uses their own initiative and communicates effectively.
