Delivering store targets and KPI’s - sales, profitability, ATV/UPT, conversion, optical share of business – overall responsibility
Analyzing store and brand performance to give inputs on the range, inventory plan, replenishment cycle, aging inventory, promotions, incentives, optical product and services.
Ensuring effective inventory management across all stores in coordination with the Brand/operations Manager
Recruiting, managing and developing staff pool of the network
Monitoring staff productivity [sales & optometrist] constantly to ensure equitable contribution of staff in achieving store objectives
Identifying and developing key personnel for leadership roles within the retail set up
Working closely with the optical team to ensure the objectives set by them are achieved – sales, total refraction and fits, quality of refraction and fits, validation of optical processes & equipment
Monitoring performance of optometrists in delivering the best-in-class optical journey [end-to-end] to customers
Identifying training requirements and work with the respective team in holistically uplifting the knowledge base of our retail team
Ensuring store SOP’s and other operational mandates are beyond compromise
