Job Description
- Follow up on shipments with the concerned origin stations from the time shipment is collected.
- Ensure all shipments are connected on priority.
- Discrepancies are to be reported to the concerned shift supervisor.
- Perform weekly audits to ensure that there is no failure.
- Knowledge of Customs clearance documentation requirements in UAE for imports and export
- Handle the day to day customs clearance operations of the department
- Accurate and timely customs processing for various types of shipments
- Attend customer’s enquiry by fulfilling their requirements for customs clearance
- Respond and follow-up customer calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
