• Support in creating a standard process for Vendor management, TNA, and LMS administration, and communicate to all operations teams across the business to ensure alignment with standard processes • Coordinate the processes related to Training Vendor management with the relevant stakeholders to ensure the academy programs run smoothly and timely. • Coordinate with participants and vendors to ensure SLA is met including scheduling, tracking certificates, recording attendance, and closing with vendors. • Conduct Training Needs Analysis • Coordinate the Induction process aligned to onboarding protocol for the Corporate functions • Perform the LMS administrative tasks and assist the clusters’ operational teams to ensure consistency and validity of the Group training reports and dashboards. • Produce weekly reports on training operations that help the management make informed decisions • Collate monthly and annual training reports of all clusters to help build overall executive reports. • Liaise with operations teams in all groups to ensure standard processes
