Job Description
- Installations, Configuration, Upgrading and Patching of BMC Remedy ARS, BMC Remedy Helix, BMC Atrium Orchestrator etc.
- HA Management, Capacity Assessment and Implementation of Horizontal and Vertical Scaling
- Strong product building experience using Remedy ARS
- Operations and Maintenance of Remedy ARS and associated platforms
- Performance Tuning of Remedy ARS
- Experience on Building and Maintaining Atrium Integrator / Spoon Data Maintenance Jobs
- Strong working experience in troubleshooting on both Unix/Linux and Windows Environment
- Experience in scripting languages Shell scripting, Power Shell, Java Scripting, JSON etc.
- Java Heap Memory & Thread Management, Monitoring and Fine Tuning
- Troubleshooting experience in coordination with OS, Network, Firewall Administrators
- Web and JEE Server Administration Skills [ Tomcat, WebLogic etc. ]
- Networking Protocols and Troubleshooting Skills
- ITIL Knowledge and experience on working with ITIL Tools
- Deep knowledge on CMDB, Incident, Problem and Change Management processes
- SSL configuration, Certification Installations, Configurations and Renewals on Linux and Windows platforms
- SQL query writing skills
- Remedy Integration experience with 3rd party systems; Experience on building and operating Webservices/REST API/Adaptors
- Experience on Software Testing Tools, planning test scenarios and executing different types of testing
