Catalogue Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day operations and a catalogue team of 30 people and tasks that include imaging, categorizing, editing, content digitization, QC, upload, and auditing.
• Ensuring that full capacity of the team is utilized efficiently, creating output with minimum errors using the right processes and tools within the set SLA’s.
• Forecasting short-term and long-term team’s capacity requirements.
• Designing and deploying new efficient processes across the team while standardizing work and workflows (processes and systems) to deliver accurate and complete listings.
• Conducting fault finding, root cause investigations, preventative measures, and continuous improvements (data integrity and quality).
• Conducting market research to benchmark catalogue processes and quality.
• Handling continuous reporting on Catalogue activity and productivity.
• Participating in new product features rollout.
• Driving appropriate data-oriented analysis and adoption of technology solutions to achieve operational and business goals.
• Liaising with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, account managers on special projects.
• Conducting performance management processes for the team and driving the team’s growth and development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or similar related with 2-3 years experience in a similar industry.
• Well versed with cataloguing and In-depth knowledge of Food Industry Market and e-commerce.
• Ability to get hands-on in a complex operational environment
• Team Leader: Ability to manage large teams
• Project management skills - managing work streams, teams, and timelines to drive a project to completion.
• Proficient in Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Preference will be given to candidates fluent in Arabic
