Role: To manage and develop the Oil and Gas card business with key accounts in a designated territory and capture opportunities for further growth. Deliver prompt and efficient services to company's key card customers, with the objective of optimizing sales and revenues in line with company’s strategic priorities and goals. Business Development: ▪ Markets and promotes company's products and services which meets UAE approved standards to existing and potential customers ▪ Explores new business opportunities; signs-up new clients, prepares agreements and sales reports within level of authority ▪ Assists in developing strategies to effectively achieve / retain market leadership position Reporting: ▪ Conducts secondary marketing research, monitors competitor activities, prices, discounts etc. in order to evaluate Company’s competitiveness in the market; prepares a report on the same and submits to Line Manager accordingly ▪ Provides reports and analysis in supporting the Line Manager in day-to-day business reports Account Management: ▪ Monitors the receivables for key accounts and ensures they stay within the agreed terms and conditions; escalates issues to Line Manager when necessary ▪ Resolves customer special requirements and problems related to products and services in order to maintain custom and loyalty to Company ▪ Reviews invoices prior to submission to key customers to mitigate errors and customers dissatisfaction. ▪ Develops a progressive relationship with existing and potential customers to identify sales opportunities and product requirements. Stakeholder Management: ▪ Establishes and maintains effective relationships with Cards key Accounts required to meet Company’s business and operational objectives. ▪ Represents Company's vis-à-vis external stakeholders in areas of operational importance ▪ Works effectively, proactively and with urgency across the Company and externally to ensure the delivery of joint services/results that meet Company's interests, and for knowledge sharing Qualifications and Requirements: ▪ Knowledge of fleet business, understanding of technical aspects of fuel products ▪ Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent ▪ A minimum of 4 years experience within Sales ▪ Experience in the Oil & Gas Distribution Industry preferred Competencies: ▪ Goal oriented ▪ Excellent communication and presentation skills ▪ IT literate
