Job Description
- Lead and manage the entire product development function and contributors (mainly engineering and data).
- Prepare strategies and develop the product vision focusing on high level objectives to increase existing and new businesses.
- Make data driven decisions while constantly testing and learning and consistently providing post-program ROI analysis paired with consumer insights to make recommendations to increase sales and drive a premium brand experience.
- Mentoring of product management personnel, constantly ensuring improvement in their professional skills as well as in the processes supporting product development.
- Keeping up to date with current marketplace and technology trends and explore new and effective products or enhancements creating a high level of website and mobile app functionality and deliver the optimal user experience.
- Assist business developers in analyzing all the business requirements and coordinate efforts to increase business.
- Collaborate with Head of Technology and business units to deliver all releases and prepare work schedule for all projects and provide support to all strategies to achieve all marketing strategies.
