- Define and follow e-retail KPIs et ensures targets are met.
- Manage E-Retailers co-op budget & allocations: on site Media, co-funded discounts, GWP's, sampling, etc.
- Develop e-retail strategy & e-trade activations while considering other sales channels (omni-channel approach), in line with the marketing strategy.
- Proactively identify new opportunities to improve the operational efficiency and grow e-retail business.
E-RETAIL MARKETING:
- Set a yearly activation calendar for each retailer in alignment with the retail marketing team. Provide overall and tactical strategies, per retailer, for retailer market meetings.
- Analyse activity performances and make recommendations for future activities or adaptations.
- Regularly track competitive landscape and put in place innovative strategies where applicable (media, product page enhancements, new digital programs, CRM mechanics, ...)
- Ensures guidelines from E-Retail Global team are followed and implemented.
- Provide monthly reports to HQ team including retailer activity, sell thru results and competitive analysis.
